Perfection takes time, Honey!!

One of my favorite singers has humorously quipped the title statement several times, particularly when asked about future recordings.  I haven't written a blog post in far too long, but I have a good reason.  I am trying to live up to the title of this blog by becoming better educated.  I am working toward a Master's degree in Professional Counseling and had the blessing of taking a class on site in Virginia last week.  I had the opportunity to meet some amazingly wonderful people and learned so much about myself! My brain and heart were both well fed through the class work and friendships. If you have never had the opportunity to participate in counseling, whether individually or in a group, I highly recommend it, particularly if you feel frustrated in any area of your life.
